2.1 Personal Information

When you use our service, we may collect the following personal information:

• Email Address:Required for account creation and authentication
• User ID:Unique identifier generated for your account
• Authentication Data:Login timestamps and session information
• Payment Information:Processed through Stripe (we do not store payment details)

2.2 Website Content and Assets

We collect and process:

• Website Content:Text, images, and media you upload to your websites
• Site Configuration:Design choices, templates, and customization settings
• Domain Information:Custom domain settings and DNS configuration
• Analytics Data:Website visitor statistics and performance metrics

3.1 Service Provision

• Provide website building and hosting services
• Authenticate and manage your account
• Process and store your website content securely
• Enable custom domain and publishing features
• Provide customer support and technical assistance

5.1 Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We use them only to create your account and sign you in.

5.2 Google Calendar (Bookings)

If you connect Google Calendar to Bookings, we ask to see the list of your calendars and to see and edit events on them. We use that access to:

• Read the times and status of events on the calendars you choose, so dates you are already busy are not offered on your booking page
• Receive a notice from Google when those calendars change, so your open dates stay current
• Add an all-day event to the calendar you choose when someone books a date, with the booker invited, and move or remove it if the booking changes
• Update a booking when you move or delete its event in Google Calendar

We store your Google Account email address, an encrypted token that keeps your calendar in sync, which calendars you chose, and the dates each event makes you busy. We do not store event titles, descriptions, or guest lists from your calendar. The booking events we add contain the details the booker entered on your booking page.

5.3 Sharing and Limited Use

• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising
• We do not use it to develop, improve, or train AI or machine learning models
• We do not share it, except with the hosting and database providers that run these features, when the law requires it, or with your permission
• People at YoAmigo look at it only with your permission, to investigate a security problem, or when the law requires it

YoAmigo’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.4 Disconnecting and Deletion

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in the YoAmigo app. When you do, we revoke our access with Google and delete the stored token, your calendar choices, and the busy dates. Booking events already on your calendar stay, since they are your events. Deleting the project deletes this data too. You can also remove YoAmigo’s access from your Google Account permissions.
